Shebara
Built a real-time analytics dashboard for an enterprise SaaS product, integrating complex data pipelines with a clean, intuitive UI.

Overview
Shebara's enterprise customers were drowning in data they couldn't act on. We redesigned their analytics surface from the ground up — rethinking how data is structured, visualised, and surfaced — and rebuilt the frontend to match.

Approach

IA & flows
Navigation and hierarchy matched how analysts actually work, not how the database was structured.
Visualisation
Charts and tables shared consistent patterns so dense data stayed scannable and trustworthy.
Delivery
Component-driven development let us ship vertical slices without freezing the whole product for months.

Challenge
The existing dashboard had accumulated years of feature requests without a coherent UX strategy. Users were spending more time navigating the tool than extracting insight from it.
Solution
We ran a full UX audit and user interviews, then redesigned the information architecture before touching a single component. The rebuild used a component-driven approach that made future iterations significantly faster.
Results
Time-to-insight dropped sharply, satisfaction scores rose, and the team can extend the surface without re-litigating basics every sprint.
